If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time frame, do not worry because it probably means Australia Post is experiencing a delay in delivery. Please allow a couple more days for delivery just in case that is the circumstances. If your parcel still has not arrived after a couple of days, please contact your local post office. In the unlikely event that that parcel is still nowhere to be seen, we can help track its location as long as it was sent via Express Post.
