A very straightforward process

All of our products, including these retainers, are super-easy to use! All you have to do to end up with wonderfully form-fitted, customised retainers that fit snugly to both your top and bottom teeth:

Boil some water in a saucepan (enough so you can fully submerge the product)
Grip the protruding tab and dip it all into the boiled water for a total of five seconds
Remove it and very carefully push it into place over your (top or bottom) row of teeth
Cover up the gaps on the inside of your mouth with your tongue and suck out all the air
Break out the scissors and lop off the tab

And voila! You now have a duet of perfectly-formed custom retainers that fit your teeth as snug as a bug in a rug.
