Do teeth whitening strips work?

Teeth whitening strips have been designed to work for better dental health and have been proven to whiten teeth after a few uses. It consists out of a flexible plastic that is called polyethylene. Each strip is coated with whitening gel that contains hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. To use it, take a strip and place it on your teeth, molding it to your teeth as you go. You will need one for the bottom and one for the top. Leave it on for a few minutes and rip it off.
